Jaclyn has over 16 years of experience as a certified dog and cat groomer.  She opened D-Tails in 2016 with a desire to create an environment of excellence for groomer and pet. She is proficient in breed standard haircuts, modified trims that retain the character of the breed, and pet trims, with an eye for creating balance and symmetry to the breed profile.  She is skilled in clipper work, hand scissoring, and handling techniques that win her the trust of the pets in her care.  Jaclyn offers careful training to aspiring groomers with an emphasis on gentle handling, proper technique, safety, and certification. 

Madison's grooming experience began as a 14-year-old high school student in 2022.  In just two years, her skill set has blossomed from a shop assistant, to a detail-oriented groomer performing full haircuts.  Madison has a calm, quiet disposition and a tremendous love for animals. She is now working on building her portfolio in the less common trims of patterns and breed standard haircuts.

Miranda joined our team in February of 2024 and has been excelling quickly in her training in foundational grooming skills. She has three years experience as a veterinary assistant, with a special interest in animal behavior.  Miranda is Fear Free Certified and enjoys working with pets to help them acclimate to the grooming process. She has demonstrated a real aptitude and is progressing in learning to do haircuts.
